Entrance to Johannesburg Botanical Gardens: the North Gate Entrance in Olifants Road is to be used (nearest gate to the venue)

* Members are to bring their own camping/fold-up chairs (the designated area does not have grass therefore picnic blankets will  not work)

[Please note that no alcohol will be allowed]

* Service providers are welcome to bring their marketing banners & tear drop banners for display at venue

ADMISSION FEE:
No entrance fee is needed to the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens (Egoli Chapter registration fee is R100.00 per person to be paid at the event)

DRESS CODE:
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes (i.e. walking/running shoes).

The area does have shading, but members are requested to also bring umbrellas and hats.

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS:    Safe parking is available.
