Membership Requirements

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: INDIVIDUAL AND STUDENT

MEMBERSHIP IS FOR A CALENDAR YEAR – 1 JANUARY TO 31 DECEMBER

  1. Individual membership – R600.00 which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of R100.00
  2. Requirements for registration: Individual Membership
    • Copy of ID
    • Copy of CV
    • Proof of employment in the field of employee assistance programmes and/or wellness
    • Proof of the successful completion of a short course in EAP (Not compulsory)
    • Proof of registration with a statutory body (If applicable)
    • Proof of chapter involvement/attendance of at least 2 meetings (For renewals only) 
  3. Student membership – R350.00 which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of R50.00
  4. Requirements for registration: Student Membership
    • Copy of ID
    • Copy of CV
    • Proof that study is full time (a current copy of student card or letter from the institution)
    • Declaration from student that they are not employed or receiving any form of remuneration

  1. Complete the Online Application Form

Attach the following to your application:

  1. Copy of ID
  2. Copy of CV
  3. Certified copies of qualifications
  4. Statutory registration certificate
  5. Copies of course attended in EAP
  6. Proof of employment in employment assistance field
  7. Proof of chapter involvement/attendance of at least 2 meetings (For renewals only) 
  8. Proof of CPD activities
  9. Proof of payment to EAPA-SA
