CANCELLATION NOTICE:Â SERVICE PROVIDER BREAKFAST
Dear Stakeholder,
It is with regret that we inform you that we have received very few RSVP’s for the above-mentioned event to be held on the 16th May 2019. Due to the importance of the engagement and topic to be covered on the day, the EAPA Board has taken the decision to postpone this event to a future date where we would be able to have a larger number of service providers available.
Please look out for a new invitation and date. We urge you to ensure that the most suitable people from your organisation are present for this event as the discussion points have a direct effect on service providers and their relationships with EAPA going forward.

Purpose: EAPA Service Provider Breakfast
Objective: We would like to provide a consultative platform to share the EAPA-SA Board’s vision for Employee Assistance Programme Service Provider Membership and obtain input from registered service providers.
Providers will also be given the opportunity to exhibit on the day for a fee of R1 500.00 and this will allow you to have marketing material up and 1 exhibitor at your table. For every additional person at your table the cost will be R150 for a registered member and R250 for non-registered member.

BOOKING A SERVICE PROVIDER MARKETING TABLE:
- • R1,500.00 for a marketing display table
- • Table, table cloth & 2 chairs will be provided per table
- • Service providers can display their marketing and branding items
- • Service provider is to provide a high-res logo for display on the presentation slides
