On behalf of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of South Africa (EAPASA) Board, I would like to thank you for your continued support of the Association.
On the back of the more rigorous lockdown level instituted by President Ramaphosa and the National Coronavirus Command Council (NCCC) on 28 June 2021, we can confirm that the EAPA-SA Board has resolved to cancel our annual in-person event, Eduweek 2021.Â
With the Eduweek event, along with membership revenue, being one of our biggest sources of income, rest assured that the above is not a decision that has been taken lightly. It was in anticipation of this type of eventuality that we designed and introduced EduWeb, our CPD point-earning webinar series that has been carefully constructed to bring you the same quantity and calibre of education that was enjoyed annually at EduWeek, rolled out over an 18-month period.
We look forward to continuing to engage with you at these seminars, into the future as well as at Chapter events when the pandemic allows. As a forward-thinking association we are committed to always explore exciting new options that will maximise the benefits you derive from your EAPASA membership.Â
