Free Membership for 2018

All delegates who attend the 2017 Conference, are eligible to free Membership in 2018 once their conference fees are paid.

Membership is not automatic, and you still have to apply, and once your application has been approved, if you attended the 2017 conference and have paid in full, we will not ask you to pay for your 2018 Membership.

To redeem the free membership, please complete the membership form before or at the conference.

You are encouraged to bring all supporting documents with you to the conference, or you may email the documents to admin@eapasa.co.za before the conference. Any items outstanding should be emailed to this same email address by the end of January 2018. There will be no extensions or exceptions.

Please indicate that the application is for 2018 as we will only start processing membership for 2018 from the 1st of November 2017.

1. Signed application form
2. ID
3. CV
4. Certified copies of qualifications
5. Statutory Registration certificate
6. Copies of courses attended in EAP
7. Proof of employment in employee assistance field
8. Proof of attendance of at least 2 EAPA-SA Chapter meetings
9. Proof of CPD activities
10. Proof of payment to EAPA-SA
