EAPA-SA Symposium: Jacaranda Chapter | EAPA-SA

The EAPA-SA Jacaranda Chapter in partnership with Old Mutual Pretoria hosted its very first and successful EAPA-SA Symposium, to have a debrief of the conference for its members and prospective members who could not make to attend the EAPA-SA 21st Annual Eduweek which was held 17 – 20 September 2019 at the Wild Coast Sun, Port Edward.

The main highlight was to overspread knowledge, strengthening working relations and to give an opportunity to the Jacaranda Chapter key stakeholders to make presentations; namely,

  1. Capacity building through Mediation in EAP context to alert role-players in the EAP fraternity about the potential value of mediation by Prof Lourie Terblanche
  2. Gender Diversity in the Workplace was focusing on Gender sensitivity and gender equality in the workplace needs to be  enforced by monitoring and evaluating its implementation: Gender Based Office
  3. Employee Health and Wellness Programme in the Workplace :Ms Gcwabe
  4. Fisha Wellness: Sr Conny Matlala and  Dr Lamola
