EAPA SA is always looking at building valuable relationships with stakeholders within our industry. As a service provider we consider you as a key stakeholder. We therefore invite you to join us in a consultation session on the criteria of becoming a service provider and the benefits of being registered. This event will be held at the Monash University in Roodepoort, Gauteng on the 3rd July 2019. The event will also be graced by an esteemed guest speaker, Justin Fiddes, Wellness Specialist from Telesure Investment Holdings who will be sharing insights on the Future of EAP from a TIH perspective.

Good morning
I have been practicing HR for more than 10 years which included offering individual coaching, Personal Branding and Workplace Readiness Programmes to last year Varsity Student on Pro Bono Basis, Career Coaching and Mentorship which included Personal Self Mastery and Foundational Leadership and Personal Branding towards Excellence in Managing Work life Balance in Stressful Situations whilst demonstrating Resilience.
What I would like to ask is, what would be the negative effect or impact on me or benefit if I opt to complete the following certification http://www.eapassn.org/CEAPinfion and when I pas it, what designation level will I be equivalent to and allowed to apply for locally?
Dear Sifiso, The CEAP qualification is an international qualification based on the American system of EAP. It is not widely used in South Africa and there are very few individuals from South Africa that have attempted this.
This would not benefit you in South Africa and it is not linked to any designation.
