Research Provider to conduct research within the EAP Service Provider network to benchmark utilization and engagement in South Africa
EAPA-SA is looking to appoint a research provider to conduct a benchmarking study within the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service provider market in South Africa. This Request for Proposals outlines the scope of services required and specifies the information that must be submitted for tendering purposes.
Quotations are hereby invited from qualifying parties to submit proposals for the EAPA-SA Utilisation and Engagement Benchmarking Research Project. The research will establish standardised metrics for utilisation and engagement levels within the EAP provider network, supporting the development and advancement of the profession in South Africa.
