In-Person Event: SEEDS of Self-Care hosted by Western Cape Chapter | EAPA-SA

We take great pleasure in advising you that EAPASA Western Cape Chapter will be hosting their first in-person event since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  We trust that this will be the start of a series of regular events, which will allow us the opportunity to engage and network.

TOPIC: SEEDS of Self-Care

Stress is becoming an increasingly critical factor in workplace productivity, performance, absenteeism, and sustainability. What is the impact of stress on the performance of executive members, middle management, and employees?  Some people become inspired others become paralysed.

Stress management is of the utmost importance to maintain health and wellbeing and restore a sense of serenity and peace while maintaining creative, productive, high-profile lifestyles. We cannot afford to wait for burn-out or until we feel disgruntled, unfulfilled, alone or experience decreased performance at work.
