The EAPA-SA Free State Chapter Human Capital Summit was a resounding success, taking place on May 8, 2025, at the luxurious Tuscan Rose Lodge. The event was graced by Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Executive Mayor- Councillor Lulama Titi Odilli who rendered a message of support to the delegates.
