Fikile Shirley Khumalo
Well known as Coach Fix or Shezzz. A Chaplain, Neuro-Life Coach, Public Speaker/Motivational, HR Professional and well vested in Integrated Employee Wellness. Fikile has been in the wellness programme since 2000. She developed her interest in IEW (Integated Employee Wellness) after being diagnosed with HIV in the year 1995.This made her learn more on issues of wellness holistically to help others.

Fikile is currently working as a Wellness Manager in one of the biggest psychiatric hospitals (Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital) in South Africa.

Coach Fix is highly motivated and clients oriented. Always focus on solutions and positive impact, flexibility and willingness to accept responsibility. She is a pro-active, hard working individual and team player. She is a good counselor, mentor and coach. Always eager to apply her skills and experiences towards a successful vision and goals of any organization. She is also serving on the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP) Gauteng Tshwane committee.

Her best interest is to help people to become the best version of themselves through mentoring, coaching and counseling.
