“LETICIA GLORIA BONTLEENG MOLEFE (KNOWN AS BONTLE)
Mrs Bontle Molefe holds a:
Masters Degree in Social Work (University of the Free State)
Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Social Work- University of the Free State
Currently completing BA Hons Psychology (University of South Africa)

Ms Bontle Molefe is a Social worker with 19 years of experience. She has worked in different
organisations including Child and Family Welfare Society, Department of Correctional Services and
Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs
(DESTEA), where she is currently appointed as Deputy Director: Employee Health and Wellness
Programme. Her responsibilities include managing the Health and Wellness Programme for the
Department.
Ms Molefe is twice a winner of Individual EAP Profession of the year 2022 and 2023. She is self-
driven, flexible and hard worker.
Ms Molefe is married and a mother to many, even-though she is blessed with one biological child.

1. Establish a sub-chapter at Lejweleputswa District
2. Organize EAP short & advanced course for our members
3. Release chapter newsletters quarterly
4. Retain our status as Chapter of the Year
5. Chapter activities to be CPD accredited

7th March Developmental Session
On the 7th of March 2024, EAPA-SA-FS held their first hybrid Developmental Session and General Meeting in 2024.
This session carried 1 CPD Point for the attendees.
The CPD was awarded by EAPA-SA.
 
Mr. GB Makhetha (Employee Wellness Professional) employed by Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality presented on the topic, “How Wellness Practitioners could assist Management in the workplace to harness employee morale.”
The Developmental Session aimed to capacitate Practitioners on how to assist Management to deal and harness employee morale in the workplace and to transfer skills on presenting such a topic to management.
After the Developmental Session, attendees/practitioners from the Department of DESTEA, Education, Mangaung Metro and Dihlabe Local Municipalities joined the General Meeting which was chaired by Ms. Bontle Mofele (Chapter Chairperson). The Meeting Agenda entailed, introduction and presentation of the portfolio members, Year Plan Review and the awarding of 2024 member certificates to members who have affiliated and renewed their membership status with EAPA-SA.
