You will receive a quote within 48 hours.
Complimentary attendees will receive a confirmation for your booking within 48 hours.
Closing date for registration and payment: 01 September 2025. Let us know if you require an extension on this date and we will support you to confirm your booking.
Process to attend the conference:
- You will receive a quote from us in the next 48 hours.
- Send us approval on the quote via a signed purchase order or request an invoice to secure your booking.
- Make full payment on the invoice and send proof of payment to eduweek@eapasa.co.za
Once you request an invoice, EAPA-SA will make a booking at the venue on your behalf and you are liable for payment in full on that invoice .
Your booking can also be confirmed once you send an official, signed purchase order or pay in full and send proof of payment to eduweek@eapasa.co.za
Splitting Invoices: If your invoice is going to be paid from two or more different budgets (example: a training budget and a travel budget) please advise this when you register so that we can create two invoices for you.
Please make sure you are committed to attending and paying for your booking before requesting an invoice. Invoices must be paid within 14 Days of receipt unless our Purchase order states that payment will be made after the event.
