INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

 

Dear EAPA-SA Members and Delegates.

 

Thank you for your support for the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA) National Conference 2017.

 

Kindly note that all those attending the EAPA-SA 19th Annual Conference 2017, who wish to become a registered member for 2018 by redeeming their free membership, will need to complete the membership form at the conference and submit all supporting documents to admin@eapasa.co.za by the end of January 2018.

 

You are encouraged to bring along all your supporting documents to the conference. If you were registered as a member from March 2016 then all your documents will be on record therefore you will only need to complete a new form and submit the following: proof of attendance of at least 2 chapter events, proof of statutory registration renewal, any additional short courses or CPD activities, proof of attendance of the EAPA-SA 19th Annual Conference.

 

Those who do not submit a complete application for membership by the end of January 2018 will need to pay R600.00 for membership as well as an R500.00 restoration fee. EAPA-SA will publish a register of all registered members for 2018 on our web page.

 

We will begin processing membership applications for 2018 by the 1st of November 2018.

RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

 

Dear Service Provider,

 

Thank you for your continued support for the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA).

 

EAPA-SA has continued to grow in 2017 and the number of Service Providers registered with the Board has doubled.

 

Registration for 2018 will open on the 1st of November 2017. The registration fee is R2000.00. Service Providers are expected to renew their membership by the end of January 2018.

 

All affiliates and those contracted to you are now requested to register with EAPA-SA individually. This is a new request and is being introduced to ensure that the Association remains professional.

 

Service Providers who do not renew their registration by the 31st of January 2018 will be deregistered and will incur a restoration fee (R 2 000.00) should they desire to be restored to the register. All arrear registration fees will also have to be paid in.

 

If Service Providers had provided supporting documents on initial registration, do not resend all of them unless they have changed. Please only then submit new application form, valid tax clearance certificate, proof of payment and the last EAPA-SA Certificate that was issued.

 

Please be reminded that Service Providers are also expected to attend at least 2 Chapter meetings for continued registration.

 

Should there be a need to request additional documentation, you will be contacted by the administrator Janine Naidoo.
