Membership requirements

We are very excited to let you know that we are working on a new and improved membership registration system.

The application forms are currently under construction and if you would like to apply, please email Janine Naidoo at admin@eapasa.co.za and she will send you the forms and check list. 


MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: INDIVIDUAL AND STUDENT

MEMBERSHIP IS FOR A CALENDAR YEAR – 1 JANUARY TO 31 DECEMBER

  1. Individual membership – R600.00 which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of R50.00
    1.1. Requirements for registration: Individual Membership

    • Proof of employment in the field of employee assistance programmes and/or wellness
    • Proof of the successful completion of a short course in EAP (as part of accreditation)
    • Proof of registration with a statutory body
    • Proof of chapter involvement / attendance of at least 2 meetings
  2. Student membership – R350.00 which includes a non-refundable administrative fee of R50.00
    2.1. Requirements for registration: Student Membership

    • Proof that study is full time (current copy of student card or letter from institution)
    • Declaration from student that they are not employed or receiving any form of remuneration

NB: you are expected to attend at least 50% of your chapter activities to qualify for re-registration in 2017 and beyond.

  1. Complete the Online Application Form

Attach the following to your application:

  1. Copy of ID
  2. Copy of CV
  3. Certified copies of qualifications
  4. Statutory registration certificate
  5. Copies of course attended in EAP
  6. Proof of employment in employment assistance field
  7. Proof of attendance of at least 2 EAPA-SA Chapter meetings
  8. Proof of CPD activities
  9. Proof of payment to EAPA-SA
